If you were to hire Gavin the first thing he would do is have an initial consultation over the phone or face to face.

Details about the service, the date of the ceremony, venue location and names of the songs you want hm to sing.

This is an important step for both you & Gavin. As it helps Gavin tailor his services & reassures you that everything is in place in order to make your day ever more special!

Typically, Gavin is hired to perform during the below stages of the ceremony, although he is more able to adapt to your individual requirements:

• Before the wedding to set the scene.

• During the "Signing of the register.

• In place of a hymn during the service.

• When the bride and groom are leaving.

Once you have chosen songs for various stages of the service, Gavin will provide a quotation. He can also do requests, which is something we can agree during the consultation.

• Free Consultation to discuss your requirements & ideas in order to develop a personalised wedding programme.

• This includes the purchasing of any new sheet music or backing track accompaniment.

• Written confirmation of your wedding music programme.

• Full preparation of all song choices.

• Briefing and supply of all music to other musicians / accompanist, where appropriate.

I am able to offer this service across the UK, although will require travel expenses if the venue is over 30 miles from Cardiff. This again can be discussed during the consultation.
